Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated October 6, 2026.
A bee speaks for your business to real people. These rules keep those people, your business and every other BizBee customer safe. They are part of our Terms of Service.
Be honest that it's AI
- A bee must not claim to be human, and must say it is an AI assistant whenever someone asks.
- Do not set a bee up to impersonate a real person, another business or a government agency.
Only contact people who want to hear from you
- Do not use BizBee for unsolicited calls, texts or emails.
- Get the consent the law requires before a bee calls or texts someone, including prior express written consent for automated marketing calls and texts. Honor do-not-call and opt-out requests right away.
- Follow call recording and disclosure laws where you and your callers are located.
Keep sensitive data out of conversations
- Do not use a bee to collect payment card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security or other government ID numbers, passwords or health information, unless we have agreed to that in writing.
- Do not use BizBee for HIPAA-regulated data.
Keep people in charge of big decisions
- Do not use a bee to decide whether someone gets a job, a loan, insurance, housing, education, health care or legal services. A bee can answer questions, collect information and book appointments. A person makes those decisions.
- Do not use a bee to discriminate against anyone, including in violation of fair housing, fair lending or employment laws.
- Do not present a bee's answers as medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Do not set a bee up as a substitute for emergency services. Urgent situations should go to a person, and anyone in danger should call 911.
Respect other people and their work
- Do not train a bee on content you do not have the right to use, such as another company's website or materials.
- No harassment, threats, defamation, hate, or sexually explicit or violent content.
- Nothing that sexualizes or endangers minors. Do not direct a bee at children under 16.
- No fraud, phishing, deceptive offers or collecting login credentials.
Do not misuse the service
- No malware, and no attempts to break, overload, probe or scrape BizBee or get around plan limits.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer or resell BizBee unless you are an approved partner.
- Do not share one account across separate businesses to avoid paying for more bees.
What happens if a rule is broken
We may remove content, pause a bee or suspend an account. When practical, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. We report illegal activity to the authorities when required.
Report a problem
If a bee is being used in a way that breaks these rules, email abuse@bizbeebot.com with the business name and what happened.
